Upon arriving at Hot Hang-Ups! Home Page, click on the “PRODUCT CATALOG” icon or, the title “PRODUCT CATALOG” to enter our Product Catalog shopping area. Remember, any time your pointer turns into a hand-like picture, you can click on that link to go somewhere else within the site. [back to top] Using the Product Catalog Page 2. On the PRODUCT CATALOG page, click on any “Collection Box” or the “ORDER NOW” button in the Collection boxes to go to a specific Collection Page. [back to top] How to Shop on the Collection Pages 3. In every Collection Page that you visit, you’ll be able to read and see detailed information regarding that Collection, including size, prices, plus the faces of all the designs contained in that Collection. Clicking on a design face or the “detail” link below each face will enable a pop-up window to activate. That window will give you a larger detail of the face and a full length view of the hanger in the open position. Clicking the “CLOSE WINDOW” button in the pop-up window will close that window and take you back to the Collection you were viewing. Following the Collection’s descriptive copy there is a convenient ordering section where you can begin to add items to your shopping cart. If there's more information than what is displayed on the screen, a scroll bar will appear on the right. With your pointer on the scroll bar, click or slide the slider up and down to see the rest of the screen. [back to top] 4. In the ordering section of each Collection, you’ll find an "[add to cart]" link next to a quantity field. If you wish to order that style, first enter the quantity you desire and then click the "[add To cart]" link. The item will automatically be added to your Shopping Cart. After you are done adding items to your cart, you can then click on the “VIEW CART” button to mke sure that all the items you want are in the cart; or, if you're finished shopping, click on the “CHECK OUT” button. You'll be taken to the “YOUR INFORMATION” page to begin your checkout transaction process. If you would like to continue shopping, click the "GO SHOPPING" button and you will be taken back to the Product Catalog page; or use the Collection pull down menu to take you to another collection. [back to top] The Checkout and Purchasing Process 5. At any time when you’re done shopping, you can click on the “CHECKOUT” button from any page that you’re on. Clicking on the ”CHECKOUT” button will take you to the secure area of the site which contains the Shopping Cart pages. The first page you see will be a “YOUR INFORMATION” page. On this page you’ll enter all of your billing, shipping, and credit card information. All fields are required. When you’re done filling out the information, click on the “SUBMIT FORM” button. If an error message window pops-ups, please follow directions in the message and return to the “YOUR INFORMATION” page to correct your error. After making your correction[s], click on the “SUBMIT FORM” button again. When all information has been entered correctly a window will pop-up that invites you to click on the “CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button. [back to top] Continue Checkout 6. When you “CONTINUE CHECKOUT”, you’ll be taken to the next page, "YOUR CART", where you can review all of the items in your cart. At this time, you’ll be able to delete items from your cart, continue shopping and add more or new items to your cart, or recalculate your cart to see the total of your purchase. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added at “FINAL CHECKOUT”. When you’re finished adjusting your cart, click on the “CONTINUE CHECKOUT” button and you’ll be taken to the last page of your purchase process “FINAL CHECK OUT”. [back to top] To Discontinue Checkout 7. If you wish to discontinue the check out process, just click on the “CLEAR CART” button and your cart will be automatically emptied. At that time you can continue to browse or start shopping all over again. Final Checkout 8. On the “FINAL CHECKOUT” page, you can again review your shopping cart and your billing, shipping, and credit card information. At this time you can still edit any or all of your information and resubmit your billing, shipping, and credit card information should you need to change it. This is your last opportunity to review and adjust your shopping cart and be able to delete items from your cart, continue shopping and add more or new items to your cart, and/or recalculate your cart to see the total of your purchase. At this time sales tax (California and Nevada residents only) will be added and you will be able to select your preferred shipping method via a pulldown menu. The cart will automatically add the sales tax and shipping fees to the total amount of your purchase. Even after the total amount is calculated, and before you submit the order, you can still edit your information and cart. [back to top] To Continue Shopping During the Checkout Process 9. If you wish to continue to browse the site before finalizing your purchase, or get more information from the various sections, just click on the “GO SHOPPING” button at the bottom of the cart, or on any of the website graphic and text navs located at the top and bottom of every page. This will not change your cart. You can always return to the cart when you're ready. [back to top] 10. When you’re satisfied with your purchase and the sales amount, click on the “SUBMIT ORDER” button. Your order will be submitted to the merchant clearing house via the VeriSign eCommerce internet portal in the utmost security. If your credit information is accepted, you will receive a window message thanking you for your purchase. [back to top] Print the Final Checkout Page for Your Records 11. Before clicking on the “SUBMIT ORDER” button, remember to print the “FINAL CHECKOUT” page after completing it for your records. You can also use the print out to fax, mail, or phone in your order if you're still uncomfortable using your credit card on the internet. [back to top] If Your Card is Accepted 12. If your card is accepted you will also receive an email auto response from our Customer Care department with your order number in it, an itemization of products purchased, product description[s], price each, price total, sales tax, and the shipping method and cost you selected. If your credit card is denied, you’ll have another opportunity to check out your card entry to confirm type, number, and expiration date correctness, or use a different card.
