GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
Gift Certificate holders may use their certificate when ordering by phone, fax, and email. At the time of placing the order, customer must give the Sales Associate the Gift Certificate Number located on the front of the certificate. The Associate will verify at that time that the Certificate is valid, and also the amount of the gift. All orders received by phone, fax, or email MUST be paid with a valid credit card.
Certificate Redemption and Orders Sent in by Regular Mail. When placing an order via regular mail, the customer MUST ENCLOSE THE ORIGINAL GIFT CERTIFICATE WITH THE ORDER. Photocopies will not be accepted. Orders received by regular mail may be paid with a personal or business check, money order, cashiers check, or by credit card. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH.
