Gift Certificates are available in any denomination you choose and will be personalized with the recipients name. Each certificate is mailed directly to the recipient [unless you choose otherwise], packaged in a lovely white gift box tied with a hot pink ribbon with a copy of our latest catalog sheet.
At this time, Gift Certificates cannot be purchased nor redeemed online. They can only be purchased or redeemed via phone, fax, or email orders to our Sales Department.

GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
Gift Certificate holders may use their certificate when ordering by phone, fax, and email. At the time of placing the order, customer must give the Sales Associate the Gift Certificate Number located on the front of the certificate. The Associate will verify at that time that the Certificate is valid, and also the amount of the gift. All orders received by phone, fax, or email MUST be paid with a valid credit card.
Certificate Redemption and Orders Sent in by Regular Mail. When placing an order via regular mail, the customer MUST ENCLOSE THE ORIGINAL GIFT CERTIFICATE WITH THE ORDER. Photocopies will not be accepted. Orders received by regular mail may be paid with a personal or business check, money order, cashiers check, or by credit card. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH. NOTE: Paying by personal or business check may delay fulfillment of the order as all checks must be cleared by the bank before the order is shipped.
Term of Validity. Gift certificates MUST be redeemed within one year from date of purchase or be forfeited by the purchaser and/or the recipient.
Online Certificate Redemption. At this time, Hot Hang-Ups! Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online va our website.
Certificate Usage Restrictions. Gift Certificate purchases nor redemptions may be used in combination with, nor applied to, any Hot Hang-Ups! discounts, promotional offers, coupon offers, or any other special offer that may be in effect at the time of purchase or redemption.
Hot Hang-Ups! Limit of Liability. L.J. Enterprises, Inc., nor its company, Hot Hang-Ups! [the Company], is required to confirm the identity of the person redeeming the Gift Certificate by any means whatsoever. We urge both our Gift Certificate Purchasers and Redeemers to keep certificates in a safe place. If a Gift Certificate is stolen from either the Purchaser and/or the Redeemer, the Company shall not be held liable in any way for replacement or refund of said lost, destroyed, and/or stolen Gift Certiificate.
